He also has extensive Monitoring and Evaluation technical and training skills, including being a Lead Faculty Member on Strategic Information Course under Foundation for Professional Development’s Certificate and Advance Healthcare Management Programs delivered in Southern Africa.

Melusi is a multi-talented public health specialist and an avid videographer, photographer, seasoned facilitator and presenter and a Certified NLP Coach in Life and Relationships. He is a host of a Podcast On The Go (PotG). He is an award-winning YouTube running a top gospel channel with over 3000 videos and over 167,000 Subscribers on YouTube, and broadcast television. His quality multi-media products have motivated and changed lives of million individuals, families and communities across the world.

Some of his work has been used on national radio stations in in Africa and abroad. His new and innovative approach to monitoring and evaluation (i.e. Video4Change) is set to change the face of monitoring and evaluation in the development space.

Andrew Nyamadzawo is an experienced videographer, visual storyteller, and media operations manager with a proven track record in managing and executing high-quality media productions. With over seven years of hands-on experience at MelVee Media, he has developed a comprehensive skill set that includes planning and coordinating productions, liaising with talent, and overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production processes. His expertise in manipulating visual content using industry-standard software allows him to effectively communicate compelling messages through various media formats.

Wayne Ntando Ndhlalambi is a dynamic and dedicated Production Assistant with over five years of experience in various production settings. Known for his hardworking and humble nature, Wayne is a multi-talented young man who brings a jovial and easy-going demeanour to every project he undertakes.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Wayne is deeply committed to his community, which saw him volunteer to be a soccer coach at his former school, sharing his love for the game and mentoring young athletes.
